My Story
I’ve been a believer for a long time. I have decades of journals, various apps with my notes. I tried tagging, folders, books, many note apps, digital pens, tablet apps, Bible apps. It just seemed like they were not designed for Christian journaling or writing.
Not to mention videos, music, photos, images, sermon notes, book excerpts, online research. I wanted those great YouTube video sermons inside my library. That worship song that spoke a particular truth to me, available.
I wanted to go back to my notes and reorganize them into cohesive thoughts. I wanted to be able to share those thoughts with others. The Lord has been so faithful in revealing these amazing truths of His kingdom that have transformed my life. I wanted to share those — but all these tools fell flat.
In 2021 the Lord asked me to go to the Morningstar Writers Seminar. I felt very out of place, but this was the start of my journey to write.
I’ll be honest. It was a struggle. I would write about one thing and keep thinking — how could I teach this without having taught that? My writing went all over the place. I needed tools that could help me keep things separate but connected.
In November 2022 ChatGPT launched, which made it possible to build something substantial while keeping my day job. I built the first version of the app. It was crude, but it was working. I loved it.
Over time I showed a few people what I was building, and they thought this would be an amazing tool for the kingdom.
In February 2025 the Lord showed me what true Biblical fellowship was about. I was blown away, and this desire kept growing — to see this in our church. This, combined with what I had learned about His living water, shaped the vision for the app.
In May 2025 the internal pressure exceeded the external resistance. I left my regular job to work on Rebuilding Faith full time.
Over this past year I’ve been working on taking what worked for me and making it work for others. Building out the features to support the church to have true biblical fellowship. We don’t need an app to do that — but if we’re using apps, they are most certainly encouraging or discouraging certain behavior.
I wanted an app that ignites people’s hearts for Jesus. That has them being taught by God and sharing this living water with their local church. This is how we make disciples. This is how the bride will be prepared for His return.

Why We Built This

Isaiah 61:4Rebuilding Faith is not about starting from scratch. It is about recovering what was always meant to be yours — the living faith of the ancients. The kind of faith that believes His Word. The kind of faith that overcomes the world. The kind of faith that changes the world one person at a time.
Jesus said that everyone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to Him. Being taught by God is not a privilege reserved for pastors and seminarians. It is the birthright of every believer. It is the living water He died to give us — Spirit and life, available every single day.
Out of that living water flows everything else. Deep study of His Word. Real relationships with people who know your name. A local church that is alive and connected. Disciples making disciples. The ancient ruins rebuilt, generation by generation.
That is what we are building toward. That is why this exists.

This isn’t a startup with a mission statement. It’s a ministry with a business model. We didn’t build this to scale. We built it to be faithful. We’re not chasing downloads, revenue targets, or a successful exit. We’re not following conventional business wisdom — we’re following the One who said the last shall be first and a mustard seed moves mountains. If that sounds different, it is. Intentionally.
Unashamedly His.
Built around kingdom principles all the way through. Always. No compromise. Every decision — product, business, community — is filtered through one question: Does this build His kingdom?
You Have the Keys.
In the same way you decide who enters your home — when you leave, you lock the door. We consider this data yours, in your virtual home. No back-doors. No third-party access. No AI analyzing your preferences. You stay in control.
We Fear the Lord.
We don’t take our mission lightly. You are the church. You are His people. You are why He hung on that cross. We take it seriously when the Lord said not to let even the little ones stumble. We will answer for how we stewarded what you trusted us with.
Led by the Spirit, Not the Algorithm.
Every action in this app starts with you. No nudges. No unsolicited push notifications. No algorithm deciding what you should read, pray, or study next. We built this to respond to you — not to direct you. So that you can be led by the Holy Spirit. Period.
Unstoppable Generosity.
Most content is free and always will be — because generosity isn’t a strategy, it’s who we are. We’re not here to get rich. We believe God wants to prosper us — but for His kingdom and His glory.
We Are Not a Replacement for Your Bible.
We are the replacement for everything else. Your journal, your concordance, your commentary shelf, your study group chat, your sermon notes. The Word stays on the page. Everything else lives here.
